The SerendipEquity Real Estate Fund (Series) LLC makes investments in luxury hotels, distressed situations, high-end residences and mixed-use developments. The fund currently manages $125 million in equity capital commitments with a target size of $1 billion.
The SerendipEquity KAT I Fund (Series) LLC was launched in 2019 as an umbrella fund platform to develop US$ 500 million investment opportunities in special situations.
In January 2021 “THE GLOBAL DEVELOPMENT FUND OF THE BERTONE DESIGNER HOMES” SERIES was launched with US$ 25 million and underwritten by the investment firm and its partners’ proprietary capital, with a target raise of US$ 100 million.
